D. S. Gupta, Managing Director

Education: BTech from IIT, Kanpur and MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

D. S. Gupta started the TACO project when Tata Group decided to enter the auto-component business in 1994. Mr. Gupta is with the Tata Group since January 1993. He was a member of the start up team for Maruti-Suzuki project from 1981 to 1992. He has worked for BHEL from 1974 to 1981.
