TC Springs' facility at Pune, India applies well-established technology
to manufacture of suspension springs using TS 16949-certified processes
to ensure quality.
It achieves significant weight reduction and cost-effectiveness
through features like high-strength coil-spring material technology,
tubular stabiliser-bar technology, cold-bending stabiliser-bar technology,
high-flexibility CNC machines, a general purpose line for all types
of springs, and the manufacture of all machines (except the hot
coiler) in India.
