Tata Johnson Controls recommended for OHSAS 18001

We are happy to inform you that all manufacturing plants of Tata Johnson Controls (Pune Seat, Pune Foam and Chennai) are recommended for OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).

The recommendation was announced by the KPMG Team on 10 March, 2004 after completing an eight man-days audit in all its three plants. Re-certification audit for ISO14001 was also done along with this audit.

With this recommendation, TJC becomes the first company in TACO Group and JCI Asia Pacific certified to OHSAS 18001.
