Rear-view mirrors

Tata AutoComp, along with its joint venture partner Ficosa of Spain, develops a wide range of rear-view mirrors for all types of vehicles. Its products are custom built in accordance with vehicle ergonomics and are technologically and aesthetically integrated with other vehicle systems.

Rear-view systems

Interior rear-view systems: Its interior mirror products include prismatic, electro-chromatic (with rain-sensor), lighted and microphone mirrors; mirrors with antennae; and GPS / GSM or parking cameras. It has a world-class plant for manufacturing prismatic glass in-house.

Exterior rear-view systems: Approved around the world, the company's range of exterior rear-view mirrors range from the simplest models to complex aespherical electronic mirrors with temperature sensors.

Products and features in this segment include power foldable, electrically-articulated, blinker, hydrophilic and electro-chromatic mirrors; heating systems; and anti-glare tilts.

Commercial vehicle mirrors: Manufactured with special technology from Wilke, Germany, for high-end commercial vehicles, world trucks.

Manufacturing facilities

The manufacturing facilities include a multi-stage, fully automatic assembly and stage-wise testing lines like the Poka-yoke system for all the products being manufactured.
