Vehicle tracking solutions

Tata AutoComp Mobility Telematics offers products and services under the brand “trako”.

“trako” combines Global Positioning System (GPS) technology with GSM/GPRS/CDMA communication networks, enabling customers to track their fleet, consignment and even personnel by relaying information about their location, speed of travel and time. Our solution includes a robust industrial grade hardware, which needs to be installed on the vehicle / cargo or carried by personnel, and a friendly web interface that allows customers to view the vehicle / consignment / personnel status on digitised maps and generate reports on their location, trip replay, stoppages, over-speeding, etc.

These reports can be accessed by the customers at their convenience in their offices or home through the internet on their desktop computer, via mobile phone (SMS) and by calling our helpdesk number.

Service support

A key differentiator of Tata AutoComp Mobility Telematics is providing pro-active customer service, and towards that end it provides on-field installation and service support at 37 locations across the nation along with voice and non-voice based support through its customer contact centre at Pune.
